Dr. Butler’s Fitness Class
Do you want to lose weight, get in shape, and look great? Well, join us every weekday for this virtual fitness class with Dr. Butler. This class is fun, excited, and sure to make you sweat.
In this class we will perform a series of whole-body exercises through interval training, in particular, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a form of cardiovascular workout and allows you to move at your own pace with a little push. This type of training not only helps strengthens your muscles but your heart and lungs as well; in addition, it helps boost your metabolism, shed a few pounds, and boots your self-confidence.
