Back Strengthen Class

If you want to improve your core strength and reduce back pain, then attend the 60-minute fitness class taught by Dr. Tiffany T. Butler. This class will teach you how to improve your back and abdominal muscles; improve muscle and joint stability to reduce injury; improve body function; improve joint flexibility; improve posture; and more!

Virtual Fitness Class – on ZOOM!

In an effort to continue to support you on your journey to better health, we are now offering a virtual Fitness Class Tuesdays through Fridays at 6 p.m. This class is our gift to you, it’s free! All are welcome to attend. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t exercised in a few weeks or a few months, no worries! This class is great for beginners, and those you want to do something different.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Time: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
