  • Chiropractic Care and Rehabilitation Services: is a great holistic approach to treating your back and joint injuries. Chiropractic care relies on the body’s natural ability to heal itself.   • Fitness Classes: If you desire to lose weight, get in shape, feel great, and move better then join us for Dr. Butler’s Virtual Fitness Class.
    We will perform a series of whole-body exercises through interval training, in particular, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a form of cardiovascular workout and allows you to move at your own pace with a little push. This type of training not only helps strengthens your muscles but your heart and lungs as well; in addition, it helps boost your metabolism, shed a few pounds, and boots your self-confidence. We will perform a series of group exercises for a set-time and rest for a set time. 
  • Weight Loss Program: If you need help with losing weight, look no further. Dr. Butler’s 90 Day Weight Loss Shift Program is an answer to your weight issues. During the program, you will learn how to manage your weight based on your body type, your behaviors, your wants, and your needs.
