Health Coaching is available to assist you in gaining the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to become an active participant in your own health so that you can obtain, maintain, and improve self-identified health goals. With our health coaching, we aim to help people who are labelled as having “poor health” or “low socioeconomic status” become empowered to make healthier choices that will lead to a healthier life. We offer both, individual and group health coaching.
